The death has occurred of Matthew (Mattie) Murray

 

Matthew (Mattie) Murray; Royal Canal Mullingar and formerly of Dalton Park, April 7th 2018 suddenly but peacefully and surrounded by his loving family at the ICU Midlands Regional Hospital, Mullingar after an illness bravely borne with great dignity and courage. Pre-deceased by brother Pat. Loved and much adored dad of Dawn, Darren, Mark and Anita and dear friend of Geraldine. Mattie will be forever missed by his heartbroken children, much loved grandchildren Joshua, Aoife, Daniel, Erin, Freya, Scott, Seán and Logan, step-grandchildren John and Harry, sons-in-law Nicky and Rob, daughters-in-law Paula and Demelza, his 7 heartbroken sisters, brothers-in-law, nephews, nieces, realtives and many friends.

Reposing at Shaw’s Funeral Home on Monday April 9th from 4pm until 6pm with removal thereafter to the Cathedral of Christ the King, Mullingar. Funeral Mass on Tuesday at 10am followed by burial in Ballyglass Cemetery.

The death has occurred of Davy Finn, Austin Friars Street, Mullingar

Davy Finn, (B.S RDF 9/54 Regiments Mullingar and 2nd Regiment Athlone)  Austin Friars Street, Mullingar, March 25th 2018 (suddenly) at home. Loving husband of Maxine and much loved father of Ross and Beth. Davy will be deeply missed by his heartbroken wife, son, daughter, his sister Ann, his aunt Peg, uncles Christy and Ger, extended family members, friends and loyal customers.

Kevin Collins, Hawthorn Crescent, Mullingar, March 17th 2018; (suddenly) at The Midlands Regional Hospital, Mullingar. Loving husband of Phil and adored father of Marie, Philomena and Annette. He will be sadly missed by his wife and daughters, sisters Kathleen, Betty, Marian and Una, sons-in-law, much loved grandchildren Chloe, Emma, T.J, Matthew, Grainne, Holly, Finn and Anna-Rose, relatives and friends.

David Parker, Finnstown, Lucan Co. Dublin and formerly of Uxbridge England, March 16th 2018 peacefully at St. Francis Hospice Blanchardstown. Beloved husband and best friend of Mairead and loving brother of Keith. David will be sadly missed by his wife, brother, sister-in-law Michelle, nieces Chloe and Alicia, aunts, uncles, sisters and brother in law, relatives and many friends. Reposing at Shaw’s Funeral Home, Bishopsgate Street Mullingar on Sunday evening from 6pm until 8pm. Beloved wife of the late Tom and loving mother of Tommy, Mattie and Mary. She will be sadly missed by her sons, daughter, sisters Peggy and Een, daughter-in-law, son-in-law, her much loved grandchildren and great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives neighbours and friends.

Predeceased by his loving wife Anna. Much loved father of Margaret, John, Anna, Thomas, Noel and Oliver. He will be sadly missed by his sons, daughters, brother Peter, sister Kathleen, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, adored grandchildren and great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives and many friends.

Loving wife and best friend of Eamon (Rocky) and devoted mother of Fidelma (Duggan), Mark, Gary and Majella (Horgan). Margaret will be deeply missed by her husband, sons, daughters, son-in-law Andrew, daughter-in-law Bridie, much loved grandchildren; Hazel, Ali and Ciarán, brother Michael (Murtagh) extended family members, neighbours and many friends.

Beloved son of the late May and Jim, Mount St. Mullingar and predeceased by his sister Carmel Daly (Portlaoise). He will be sadly missed by his sisters Mary O’Donovan (Mount St.) and Josephine Masterson (Canada), brothers-in-law Declan and Barney, nephews, nieces, grandnieces, grandnephews, relatives and friends.
